First Phone Consultation

Service Description

Before you book your First Phone Consultation, please fill out the contact form on the "Parents" Home page. Once you have submitted your form, booked your time, and your time has been accepted, Heidi will phone you at your selected time. If you do not answer, she will phone back 5 minutes later. If you do not answer, you will have to book another First Phone Consultation. This 30 minute phone call will let you know if Heidi is the right coach to help with the issues which prompted you to reach out. At that point you will decide if you wish to proceed. If so, you will set a date for an appointment at your home. At that point, depending on if you are booking Single Sessions or Tailored Programs, we may either begin our work with Single Sessions, or we will go over the process, and your goals for what you want to accomplish in a Tailored Program to see if you want to sign up.
