These are small earrings. 1 1/4" long from top. They have curved, partial circle earring hooks.

Czech glass beads mottled with glazes coloured greyish-blue, greenish, yellowish, brownish. Each bead and its hues are different.
Small sterling silver bead at bottom
 
Niobium is a pure, inert element. The human body does not react to it. It does not contain anything else, such as the things people are usually allergic to, like nickel. 
 
Earrings include plastic earring backs, storage baggie and polishing cloth.
